FAQs

What’s included with the sponsorship (such as a table, printed materials, etc.)?

A sponsor table is provided for Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors, with the size varying depending on the sponsor level. Table sizes are to be confirmed and will be provided via email.

Sponsors will not be provided with specific printed materials from WordCamp and will need to manage their printing.

If we can’t participate in person, can we send our table materials, swag, and other items?

Yes, you’re welcome to send your materials, and we can assist with managing them onsite. However, please note that we are unable to support shipping or customs clearance due to regulatory restrictions.

Can you help ship our booth/table display box(es) back if needed?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with that. We recommend not sending heavy or non-disposable materials. However, if needed, we can help coordinate with vendors.

Do you have any recommendations for a local printer?

We can assist with coordinating with vendors. Further details will be shared via email.

Is there a specific code we should use to register for tickets?

Yes, the code will be sent via email to individual sponsors.

Do you have a schedule for the event?

The final Event schedule will be published soon on the website.

Will there be a raffle or giveaway at the end of the camp that we should know about?

Yes, we’ll have a dedicated time slot for this before the closing remarks on January 24th, 2026. We’ll reach out to you via email to book your slot.

We’d like to review any materials with our logo before they go to print. Is there a deadline for this?

You can review the logo on print materials until January 5th.

We expect the majority to be experts and professionals, but there will be attendees with varying levels of expertise.
