Terms and conditions
The partner company should provide High Speed Dedicated Internet Free of Cost, including setup, lease, and devices cost, with Free support and quick response, support and maintenance for the 2 days event.
Internet Requirements:
Day 1: A stable connection for approximately 40-500 attendees with laptops, ensuring smooth access to online resources and activities throughout the conference.
Day 2: Separate connections for live broadcasting and shared internet access for regular attendees, sponsor desks, and overall event operations in 2 seminar halls, in the same venue which will be around 1000 connections.
Note: Keep in mind that attendees will also have mobile phones and personal devices connected throughout the event.
