The Call for Speakers for WordCamp Nepal 2027 is now open. On 29th and 30th January 2027, the conference will be at Nepalgunj, further west than it has ever been. A City at the Crossroads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nepalgunj has been a meeting point for generations. It has the Bageswari temple so old and loved that it’s printed on Nepal’s one-rupee coin, and on every street you can hear Nepali, Awadhi, Urdu and Tharu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s also a gateway. Tiny planes leave its airport for Jumla, Simikot and Dolpa, mountain towns still barely reached by road, while the border with India lies just a few minutes to the south.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
