Important Notice: WordCamp Nepal 2022, Codes of Conduct (As per Election Commission Guideline)

As we all are aware nation is preparing for the election. Therefore, we have received special permission (conditional) to conduct WordCamp Nepal, 2022 because the government/EC knows the importance of this event for IT Professionals in Nepal, and they have authorized it after many stages/processes. WordCamp Central being aware of the fact wants/has facilitated circulating the following codes of conduct. Therefore, mentioned points are mandatory to follow.
No political leader/election influencer will be there in opening, sessions, panel discussions, or essential places to ensure that they do not influence or align with the political agenda.

• No political leader/election influencer will be there in opening, sessions, panel discussions, or essential places to ensure that they do not influence or align with the political agenda.
• No uniforms, badges, or any materials that indicate/reflect the political party symbol, vote symbol, or similar would be allowed at the event.
• People involved with WordPress Nepal Communities or associated with WordCamps(for example, organizers, volunteers) should not post on social media or platforms that include promotional materials for the election or political parties.
• Apply Election Commission guidelines given to us strictly.
