Anup is Assistant Professor at Gandaki University, the first provincial university of Nepal. Currently, he’s doing his research on “Course Recommendation System based on Semantic Search” with the university grant from the university.
He has also co-founded Simle Infotech Private Limited, which works on data based applications for government services.
Previously, he worked as an IT engineer in Parbat, District Co-ordination Committee for 3 years.
He was introduced to WordPress during his Bachelors as his peers started their company based on WordPress. He believes that WordPress is an essential framework for both developers and non-developers (content-creators). He says, “If a revolution has to be sought for internet based applications in Nepal, then one should start a change starting with WordPress”.
