I was wondering how I could purchase the ticket from Bangladesh. Is there any international payment method, or can I submit the cash on the spot when I arrive on the event day?
If I can submit the cash on the event day, what should I enter in the “Payment ID/Transaction ID” field?

Sorry, there is no international payment method. You can book the ticket with Cash as Payment Method and pay at the venue directly.
