We come from different backgrounds, speak different languages, and bring different experiences to the table. But for a few days, we share one common space to learn from one another, celebrate what we build, and imagine what we can create next.

Since the first WordCamp Nepal in 2012, our community has continued to evolve. With every gathering, new voices have joined the conversation, new ideas have taken shape, and more people have discovered the possibilities of WordPress and open source.

Every new chapter brings a chance to see familiar things from a different perspective. In 2027, WordCamp Nepal takes that opportunity to Nepalgunj, opening the door to new conversations, fresh perspectives, and stronger connections with the WordPress community in western Nepal.

Nepalgunj is a city shaped by culture, commerce, diversity, and the movement of people and ideas. It is a fitting place to bring together a community that believes great things happen when people connect and collaborate.

For us, coming to Nepalgunj is about more than choosing a new destination. It is about creating space for local talent, connecting people with opportunities, and making the WordPress community more accessible to those who have not always been at the centre of the conversation.

We are bringing the WordPress spirit to a new place, but we are also ready to learn from the people, stories, and energy that make Nepalgunj unique.
